WHAT: Triple P is a system of proven parenting solutions that help resolve current parenting problems and prevents future problems before they arise. As one of the few evidence-based parenting programs available, with over 25 years of proven clinical research to back it up, you can be sure Triple P works for the majority of families.Parenting is very rewarding and enjoyable. It is also often challenging, frustrating and exhausting. Parents have the important role of raising the next generation, yet most people begin parenting not prepared for what lies ahead.
